Juan A. Leon had been worked at the New York City Fire Department as associate Fire Protection Inspector since 1991. Examined inspection reports for accuracy, completeness & compliance with local law 41. Trained inspectional personnel (Fire Marshals) in local laws for public safety, code requirements pertaining to occupancy loads, fire suppression systems and maintenance, emergency procedures. Served as a liaison between the Bureau of Fire Investigations, Bureau of Fire Prevention & FDNY Legal Division. Coordinates the  receipt and assignment of inspectional activities, complaints and requests for inspections.
